Story:
This film is based on the rise of an ex-army soldier as he realizes his destiny and comes to terms as India’s first super soldier created to combat the rampant terror around.

Plus points
1) Film is good as far as the technical departments are concerned (cinematography, sets, locations, background score, VFX, etc).

*Minus points
1) John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez Rakul Preet, inn sab ka acting se 36 ka aankada hai. They really needed a talented director to extract good work from them. They are like wooden face in the film. Even talented actors like Prakash Raj, Kiran Kumar, Ranjit Kapoor and others are wasted without giving them a single good scene.

2) Director Lakshay Raj Anand has made a horrible futuristic film which is unrealistic and baseless. This film will neither run in today’s time nor after 50 years. Class or mass, no one will be interested in this one.

3) Film starts with the Indian Army attack on the Pakistani soldiers which has been shot in 90 percent darkness and doesn’t make any impact on the viewer. Heck of a useless scene!

And there’s a second scene where a high level meeting is being chaired by the Prime Minister along with his colleagues, has been shot childishly. The way Army major and others shout in the serious situation, is a mockery in this intense drama. From these two shots, one can make out how great is the direction of Mr Lakshay Raj Anand.

4) Story written by John Abraham, is pathetic and fails to evoke any patriotic feelings. Less said about the screenplay is better (which is horrible). Dialogues are forgettable. Film falls flat on entertainment, romance, music, action etc.

5) The film is based on action but shockingly is very ordinarily shot as compared to the stuff what the audience is used to watching in latest films or web series on the OTT platforms.

6) Music is a big let down. Though the film is only 124 minutes, editor failed to make a crisp drama.

7) One really require guts to make part 2 (work on Attack, part two has already started) without seeing the fate of the part one at the box office. It would be wise on part of John Abraham and the other associate producers to abandon part 2.

Box office
Film has got a disastrous opening with barely 2-4 tickets being sold in the morning shows. Further, film will compete with RRR and even in 4th week from the Kashmir files.
All concerns with this film would get attacked after seeing the first week’s collection.
