The Vivek Agnihotri directed flim , The Kashmir Files released last week on Friday . Since then the flim, which has been seeing immense in businbess, has been unstoppable at the box office. Despite being a non – holiday release, and a flim that faced stiff competiton from other release, The Kashmir Files has emerged as a winner at the box office
In this box office report, we took a look at the collection of Kashmir Files on its second Saturday while comparing the same previous releases . Collecting Rs 24.07 cr, Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanju that had collected Rs. 22.20cr, Salman Khan starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan that had collected Rs 19.25cr, as well as the Aamir Khan starrer PK that had collected Rs. 17.16cr, to become the fourth highest all – time second Saturday grosser till date
If that wasn’t all, the business of the flim also manages to overshadow other releases like Kabir Singh that collected Rs. 17.10cr , the Ajay Devgan starrer Tanaji- The Unsung Warrior that collected Rs. 16.36cr, Padmaavat that collected Rs. 16cr, and the Salman Khan starrer Tiger Zinda Hai that had collected Rs. 14.92 cr.
Currently still running to packed house acreoss the country the business of Kashmir Files is expected to see further growth over its second Sunday . In fact, trade predictions state that the business of the Flim will in all liklihood manage to cross the Rs. 150CR mark by the end of the second weekend running
