About the Author – Lamiya Siraj
As we rightly say, there are two types of people in this world, 1 st category who are born talented andleaders and 2 nd category who struggle hard and make themselves live their dreams and become leaders.
Author Lamiya Siraj falls under the 2nd category.Born in a small town of Burhanpur, Khandwa district in Madhya Pradesh, India, in a middle-class family and brought up with further education in the metro city of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, she is a simple
woman with a golden heart and lives up to high dreams.
She is B.COM & Post-Graduate with a financial background. She has worked in varied positions in the banking industry with leading banks like ICICI and Standard Chartered in Ahmedabad & Baroda, Gujarat, India. However, little was she aware while moving to Abu Dhabi back in 2006 to support her husband that she would master her skills in writing and just in a few years become a renowned author, blogger,
and writer.
Her first article was published in Friday Magazine in the section View Point of Gulf News in 2018. This continued every week, increasing the reach to other magazines and newspapers in UAE, India, and abroad. She honed her writing skills by taking up various short courses and content writing through online platforms. She kept pace to have her short stories, write-ups, and articles published in many renowned online magazines and newspapers and received critical acclaim at every turn.
Her first book, “ONE STEP AHEAD,” as an author had got published in 2019, is proof of her in-depth writing skills with topics covered of real-life experiences & collection of all published articles in Gulf News, Khaleej Times, Times of India, and many more.
She never looked back and got famous with positive responses from all her readers, online bloggers,
social media handles, events and awards organization companies, publishers, etc.
Her debut Novel “DESTINED TO HEAL” WITHIN was launched worldwide in May 2021.
