What is your definition of success?
Success means to me what I want to do and one day I will do that
What role has failure played in journey to success?
We are all human and no creature has till now conquered over death and this itself proves that we all are born to fail in our own lives, and it is quite ok, In my life I learnt from my failures and I try to avoid doing that type of mistakes in my next chapter of life, and in next chapter may be I make another type of new mistakes and eventually I shall learn from them and avoid those mistakes in my next chapter of life and this is a continuous process of life and learning that go hand in hand .
How did you overcome challenges and setbacks along the way?
I believe in karma, God, being hardworking and get motivated from successful people ‘s journeys, their failures on the way and of course I am fortunate that some well-wishers/my close friends are always there for me support and specifically my husband Mr. Prasenjit Dasgupta who has always been with me, guide me during my bad phase of time.
What are your thoughts on work /life balance?
One should balance their professional and personal life. But it is an ideal thought.
In real life as of now I can’t balance professional and personal life. I hardly give time to my family and close persons who support me, and I really feel sorry for that. I only focus on my professional life more and more, and people who love me they balance with me in some way. But I try to improve myself in future and hope that someday I shall be able to balance my life.

What advice would you give to someone starting their own journey to success?
I am no one to advice anybody, because I noticed people only follow what they want to follow, and moreover every person has a different journey in their own way, success is also different to different people. Some strive for excellence while some for wealth, some one run behind fame. Some hurt others and feel like king and that is their success of life. In positive sense, people should do good for themselves, do good for society and keep a positive mindset, act positively, and should be surrounded by positive people. More importantly people should be extra careful to not act in a manner or do anything which harm others. This is my opinion on the matter.
If one follows these things, be hardworking and have perseverance then with time eventually good energy is generated within you and you feel good, satisfied and I think success is that. Adding on, Anindgita says don’t let down or betray people around you to become successful as in the karmic balance she believes it has consequences.
