Raped the model twice in a hotel and then at home on the pretext of marriage, accused arrested

A 27 year old struggling model filed a rape case against her own boyfriend. According to the model, the accused kept raping her first in Juhu’s hotel, second in Bandra’s hotel and thirdly in the model’s house on the pretext of marrying her. Juhu police of Mumbai has registered a case of rape.

According to the police, the accused Danish Sayyad (28), studied with the victim’s sister in Rizvi College, Bandra, at that time the victim, a model, was working in Gurgaon, Haryana. In 2019, the victim came to Mumbai from Gurgaon and the model’s sister introduced her to Danish.

According to the victim, after that the victim went to Gurgaon for her job and started talking to Danish on phone. Danish talked about loving the victim many times, but the victim said that we are good friends, she cannot love.

She  had come to Mumbai from Gurgaon and she met Danish at Infinity Mall, Andheri (W). Danish proposed to she and she agreed to it. After that she told Danish that I want to keep this relationship and I want to marry you. If you are going to marry me then you should have a relationship with me, that time Danish told her that I love you very much and I will marry you.

Victim  had told het mother and sister about her relationship with Danish. At that time, Danish did not tell his parents about their relationship.

On 8 August 2023, Danish had booked a room in Hotel Beach Crown, Opposite Juhu Hotel, Juhu Tara Road, Mumbai. Victim and Danish checked into the said hotel. At that time, Danish told her that he love victim  very much, they will get married soon, and  Danish made have physical relationship with Victim. Also, Danish had booked a room in a hotel at Baindra Kurla Complex. At that time, Danish same promise with victim that they will get married soon, and he made have physical relations with Victim.

On 10 August 2023, Danish met victim mother, sister at Infinity mall in Andheri, Mumbai. He told her mother, sister and elder brother that he will get married very soon with Victim.

On the very next day, physical relations took place at the victim’s house in  Nalasopara. According to the victim, after that Danish stopped talking to the victim, not only this, all the numbers of the victim family and her members were blocked.
After that, the victim felt that she had been cheated and had physical relations with her by making a false promise of marriage. The victim lodged her complaint with the Nalasopara police. Nalasopara Police sent this case to Juhu Police, now Juhu Police will investigate this case.
