A house owner committed suicide by hanging himself because of a tenant. Police have registered a case against 7 people including tenant and agent.
The homeowner who committed suicide has been identified as Ralph Rodrigues resident of Sahar village of Andheri East. So the name of the tenant is Bhimsen Gokule. Rinoldo Rodriques, the cousin of the deceased, has lodged a complaint with the police.

According to the police sources Rinoldo Rodriques (43) lodged a complaint with the police. Ralph Rodrigues had leased the first floor house to Bhimsen Gokule in January 2021. Ralph then asked Gokule to vacate the house in November. However, he refused.

The police said that brokers Kamil Ghonsalvis, Imtiaz Shaikh, Surendra Chauhan, Nilesh Nikalje and Alex Valentine Anthony D’Souza created the fake tenancy agreement. At the same time, Gokule gave the couple a house on rent on a heavy deposit.

On the other hand they only gave the rental agreement documents to Ralph Rodrigues without paying the deposit amount. Gokule was not vacating the house as the heavy deposit was paid to the agent. This information is written by Ralph Rodrigues in Suicide Note.

The controversy left Ralph Rodrigues depressed. This matter did not stop here. Jyoti, the wife of the tenant Gokule, repeatedly went to the police station and lodged complaints against Ralph Rodrigues.

On September 9, Ralph Rodrigues hanged himself in his residence. Sahar police got information about this incident. The police inspected the house. A suicide note written by Ralph Rodrigues was found at this time.
In the suicide note, it is said that the agent, tenant Gokule commits suicide after being harassed by the couple. In this case, the police have registered a case against agent, tenant Bhimsen Gokule and his wife Jyoti Gokule.
