Madhav Mahajan loses 15 kilograms while being on a vegetable diet.

Madhav Mahajan is on a vegetable diet and he has lost 15 kilograms amidst all the hectic schedule. Madhav has a very high affinity for fitness and he keeps no stones unturned for the same. He is the star singer and performer for major hit songs such as Chann Vi Gawah, Mann bawreya, Tere Hone se, and many more. Madhav has excelled in whatever field he has chosen. He is himself a doctor and then as luck would have it, he turned to his passion that is singing. Madhav has been on a very strict vegetable diet and he has cut those calories and the junk. One needs tunnel vision for the same and Madhav is not one to not go the distance

We spoke to Madhav and he had a new look and new confidence in him. Here is what he has to say, “The body speaks to us in various ways and we need to have the ability to be able to listen. I needed to lose excess weight and I had got this suggestion from a friend to try this diet. I spoke to a couple of dietitians and together with my trainer, we carved one to suit my performance outside of the gym. Here we are after three months and things are brighter now. We need to be very keen on our health and we have to take it one step at a time. The body is the only thing we own as long as we are here on the planet and it’s our duty to care for it. Love to all.
