Dr. Lokendra Chaudhary son of Shri Gopal Chaudhary belongs to a middle-class farmer family. Initially, I studied in Saraswati Shishu Mandir, Dewas where I won several awards in sports as well as in education, I participated in several open games and illuminated the name of the district. In the national game, I got the bronze medal. Even I was a fitness model during my college time. I have completed my Masters of Physiotherapy from Jaipur, Rajasthan where I was a gold medalist. I am a convenor of the Indian Association of physiotherapists, an active member and of the manual therapy foundation of India, member of panchi bachao abhiyan. Giving a free service to the organization of nai disha which is working for disabled children.I gave my services in trust of Maheshwari Physiotherapy Centre Ratlam where I was motivated to do Physiotherapy socially and realized its importance. Then I was selected for a senior physiotherapist post of district disability rehabilitation center Mandsaur where I get the chance to give service and donate equipment and tools as per the requirement of people as well as I also encouraged other people and organizations to donate equipment for this noble cause. today people from all classes wish to come for treatment in the government hospital and I am succeeded in changing the minds of people for the thoughtless service of the government hospitals
