Adv Soniya Amrut Gajbhiye has over 12 years experience of practice at Bombay High Court, Nagpur Bench. I have also 15 years experience of social work and established a organization named “ Bhimraaj ki Beti “ and  “ Sanvidhan Rakshak “

Bhimraaj ki Beti, Social Organisation works for women empowerment and upliftment of poor, downtrodden and untouchables. It also works for spreading the thoughts of Dr B.R. Ambedkar all over the world. It also gives free legal aid to poors and women. It fights atrocity matter free of cost for victims and also fights matter for women free of cost like sec 376, sec 354, sec 354-a,b,c,d and sec 498-A of IPC and domestic violence, maintainace etc.

I also work for awareness of Indian Constitution all over nation through Sanvidhan Rakshak Social Organisation. I organised a classes every sunday for student to understand Indian constitution and its concept of fundamental right, fundamental duties, directive principle of state policy etc.

I conducted the ledal aid camp all over the Maharashtra for poor and needy people.
