Nisha Lamba born and brough up in Mumbai and perks of lining in a Metro city was always a boon to be self-motivated and dream big in life. The attitude of never say die has been my thumb rule and believing impossible also says” I M possible” is what I have always been motivated with a self-motivator and target oriented and always. Dreaming was not an easy job and with entrepreneurship however Its been a satisfying and a memorable journey every minute as an entrepreneur has been so enriching and fulfilling. Being from an education background and that too foreign language teaching skills Its been so satisfying and enriching to see kids transform in to global citizens and most importantly its been immensely gratifying when I see so many students turning to entrepreneurs who as of now run language-based ventures in EdTech, translation and work in real good positions in Navy, Nasa and other prestigious firms so every moment of seat and hard work has taken off really well . It is immensely thanking and satisfying to see how people know me for my hardwork and efforts that I have been giving to my venture that they wait patiently for myexisting projects to be completed to learn from me and to my surprise many times they wait for me to complete my existing projects and start new ones with them which is so overwhelming As for me I am a very quick decision maker and the attitude of “Every problem has a solution” keeps the momentum going and the far sightedness that gives me always keeps me on track to keep one backup plan ready . There were difficult situations like shifting from corporate to entrepreneurship, to funding my own venture with out any additional grant or family funding, from being on a sabbatical break which I used tostudy a new language and bounce back even better.

Being a women entrepreneur is always full of challenges as we always have a dual responsibility however I believe planning is key to success and second BCP is main criteria on be should work on. biggest challenge I faced was when covid struck and we all had to work online it was challenging for all however as our constant evolution program in 2019 we had already started working on a business continuity plan of shifting at a module which would be available online and offline the primary objective was being an women entrepreneur sharing various roles so I wanted to have flexibility of work environment. Constant planning, improvisation of pedagogy to teach effectively, conducting workshops for training on how to effectively transit from offline to online we were not even in our wildest dream seeing this kind of turbulence coming to the world where all of would be confined and no way to budge out of our homes. And March 12 2020 we saw this covid coming and affecting lives of common people. Analysing the situation and quickness to respond we started our online classes on March 14 2020 when people were still figuring out what had to be done and how to shift modules from offline to online all our learnings and preparations helped us to be on niche and achieve results and targets as per our plan. In future with our constant endeavour of improvement I will always follow the plan of brain storming, research and business continuity to stay ahead of time and achieve our desired results.
